MEET THE TEAM

Chloe Hardesty is the assistant ranch manager at Varian Equestrian, where she is responsible for the daily care and exercise of the horses. Raised on a farm, she has been caring for animals since childhood and brings over 15 years of experience on horseback—from trail and endurance riding to dressage and show-jumping. She has a deep love for her Mustang mare, Candy, and extends that same care and dedication to every horse at the ranch. Alongside horse care, she also supports the ranch’s broader work, assisting with everything from lab projects to photoshoots and tours that welcome visitors into the world of Varian Equestrian.
